​This award winning architectural and interiors practice, with an enviable reputation in delivering luxurious hotels and resorts, is urgently seeking an experienced Senior BIM Architect or Senior BIM Coordinator to manage and lead BIM workflows for an ambitious large and complex resort masterplan in Europe from RIBA stage 3.

This practice offers a vibrant, friendly, and collaborative studio environment where the successful Senior BIM Architect or Senior BIM Coordinator will join a dedicated masterplanning project team to lead, manage and communicate their BIM expertise on an exciting landmark resort in Europe involving multiple hotels, F&B, leisure, and other associated venues. Tasks will require competent in-practice skills in Revit and Navisworks and providing expertise in BIM processes to include leading and managing the workflows; developing, organising, and managing BIM models and setup; producing and managing detailed documentation in Revit; applying clash detection; ensuring compliance whilst adhering to standards, and proving effective coordination across the design teams.

Senior BIM Architect or Senior BIM Coordinator applying must have proven leadership and collaboration skills, and demonstrable experience of performing all or most of these tasks whilst working on large complex projects to be considered.

The successful Senior BIM Architect or Senior BIM Coordinator will be required to conduct a Revit test prior to starting and should be immediately available or have a short notice period.

The environment is 3 days in the office SE1 and 2 days from home, 37.5 hours per week.
