Job description
This award winning architectural and interiors practice, with an enviable reputation in delivering luxurious hotels and resorts, is urgently seeking part 3 qualified Architects with good Revit skills and proven design flair to assist on a large and complex resort masterplan through RIBA stages 2-4.
This practice offers a vibrant, friendly, and collaborative studio environment where the successful Architects will join a dedicated masterplanning project team working on an exciting and exclusive resort involving multiple hotels, F&B, leisure, and other associated venues. Tasks will require competent in-practice skills in Revit to include editing a wide range of families, developing concepts and designing creative elements in collaboration with others, and producing technical working drawings and details.
Architects applying must have a good level of Revit competence and be suitably skilled in resolving both design and technical challenges whilst working on medium to large scale projects through RIBA stages 2-4.
Ideally White Space would like to interview Architects with proven experience of working on other large masterplanning projects, however experience of working on medium to large mixed use development schemes will also be accepted for this position.
The successful Architect will be required to conduct a Revit test prior to starting and should be immediately available or have a short notice period to be considered.
The environment is 3 days in the office SE1 and 2 days from home, 37.5 hours per week.
