​This innovative and funky architectural practice based in West London has an urgent need to recruit Part ll Architectural Assistants and experienced Part I Architectural Assistants to work on Retail or Aviation fitout projects (RIBA stages 3 & 4), initially for a 6 month contract paid either on a salary or hourly rate PAYE basis.

Employing more than 50 people, this design practice offers a vibrant busy environment where the successful Part ll Architectural Assistants and experienced Part I Architectural Assistants will get the opportunity of seeing projects through the latter stages of the design and build lifecycle.

Due to this increased pipeline of projects, White Space is looking for talented Part ll Architectural Assistants and experienced Part I Architectural Assistants to provide design and technical construction drawing package support using a combination of Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Enscape and/or Sketchup working on shell and core design, and fitout design, for large Retail and Aviation projects.

Part ll Architectural Assistants and experienced Part I Architectural Assistants applying must have proven experience of producing technical construction drawings and details for RIBA stages 3 & 4 using any combination of the aforementioned tools whilst working in a practice on medium or large projects. Your experience could include public buildings, transportation, retail, mixed use schemes or similar. Any experience in fitout design or shell and core design would be advantageous, but this is not essential.

This client will consider Part ll Architectural Assistants and experienced Part I Architectural Assistants who are either immediately available or have a short notice period of up to 2 weeks. They offer 3 days in the office and 2 days from home should flexibility be required, and 37.5 Hours per week Monday to Friday.
