​This AJ100 architectural practice based in EC1 specialise in designing and delivering large scale developer-led residential mixed-use schemes, and urgently require the skills of an experienced Package Architect, Technologist or Senior Technician with strong Revit or AutoCAD skills for delivery stages RIBA 3-7 on a contract basis.

Employing around 10-15 people in London, and many more across the UK, this design practice offers a relaxed environment where experienced Package Architects, Technologists or Senior Technicians can simply plug-in and focus on the job in hand, whilst seeing projects through the complete design and build lifecycle.

Due to an increased pipeline of projects, White Space is looking for an experienced Package Architect, Technologist or Senior Technician with strong technical competency and Revit or AutoCAD skills to work on the package construction delivery stages (RIBA 3-7) of a large scale mixed-use residential scheme in London.

Package Architects, Technologists or Senior Technicians applying must have proven experience of working on other medium to large sized schemes producing working drawings and details to a high standard in Revit or AutoCAD.

This client will consider Package Architects, Technologists or Senior Technicians who are either immediately available or have a notice period of up to 2 weeks. They need someone to work 35 hours, 4-5 days per week in their office.
