HR Admin Assistant required for AJ100 architectural practice in Central London
This long established and internationally renowned architecture and design firm is seeking an ambitious HR Admin Assistant to join the vibrant central London studio. With over 1500 talented staff worldwide, and countless office locations in major cities around the globe, this practice offers significant international reach giving you access to a global pool of knowledge and resources.
This role will see you undertake the following responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the Senior Human Resources Manager on administrative functions.
· Support studio HR updates and initiatives.
· Assist in recruitment activities, coordinating with internal resources, recruiters, and candidates.
· Manage Employee Record Management, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes.
· Contribute to Training and Development initiatives.
· Administer the practices Work Experience Programme.
· Handle day-to-day data entry, letter preparation, and spreadsheet management.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills :
· High attention to detail and diligence in work presentation.
· Strong communication skills, interacting with colleagues at all levels.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with swift adaptability to internal systems.
· Experience in Employee Relations with a calm and considered manner.
· Discretion is key in this role so HR Assistant experience is essential.
