Job description

​This award winning architectural and interiors practice, with an enviable reputation in delivering luxurious hotels and resorts, is urgently seeking an experienced Architect or Senior Revit Technologist with BIM Level 2 knowledge to provide conceptual design development and technical drawing support for an ambitious large and complex resort masterplan in Europe from RIBA stage 3.

This practice offers a vibrant, friendly, and collaborative studio environment where the successful Architect or Senior Revit Technologist will join a dedicated masterplanning project team to assist on an exciting landmark resort in Europe involving multiple hotels, F&B, leisure, and other associated venues. Tasks will involve concept design development and the production of technical package drawings according to BIM Level 2 whilst using Revit and Navisworks; working with BIM workflows, developing, organising, and managing BIM models; also producing and managing detailed documentation in Revit.

Architects and Senior Revit Technologists applying must have proven leadership and collaboration skills, and demonstrable experience of performing all or most of these tasks whilst working on medium to large projects to be considered.

Selected Architects or Senior Revit Technologists will be required to conduct a Revit test prior to starting and should be immediately available or have a notice period of up to 2 weeks, although longer might also work for the right person.

The environment is 3 days in the office SE1 and 2 days from home, 37.5 hours per week.
