Job description
Are you a passionate and creative Designer with a portfolio that reflects your innovative spirit? Ready to take your career to the next level as a Senior Associate Director in our clients Aviation team? This could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!
I'm looking for a Senior Associate Director with strong aviation experience to lead and inspire teams working on large-scale international projects. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with clients and partners, creating opportunities for new business across various sectors. You'll be given the autonomy to work independently, with just minimal supervision from the Director.
Here's what we’re looking for in you:
Solid experience in aviation design
Proven success in leading and managing large, international projects
A proactive approach to client management with a track record of building strong relationships
Proficiency with design tools and software relevant to your discipline
A degree in a design-related field (or equivalent experience and skills)
Professional registration (or equivalent) is a plus!
Some benefits include:
A competitive salary based on your experience
Flexible working with the option of three days in the studio and two days working from home!
Opportunities to grow and learn in a dynamic, global company
A fun, inclusive, and collaborative studio environment, with regular social activities
A range of benefits, including private medical/life insurance and pension
If this sounds like the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you! Interviews are taking place ASAP so get in touch for your chance to meet the team.
