This international Executive Architectural practice is known for delivering architecturally challenging and complex signature projects for prestigious high-profile brands incorporating mixed use, hospitality, retail, workplace, and hyperscale data centre schemes from RIBA stage 3 to completion.
With over 180 employees, this top practice offers a collaborative relaxed and sociable environment with exposure to geographically dispersed multinational teams and a 50/50 male to female ratio where the management team are fully involved on all projects; there is no hierarchy, everyone has a voice, and they follow structured project timescales to ensure that everyone has full project oversight.
Due to an increased pipeline of work within their Data Centre team, there is an urgent need to hire 3x additional team members to include Senior Architects, Architects and Technologists to work alongside external Project Managers, Consultants, MEP Engineers, and IT Engineers to bolster their delivery capability on a contract/freelance basis.
The successful Senior Architects, Architects and Technologists will be tasked to work on Hyperscale Data Centre projects across the UK and Europe, RIBA stages 3-7 post-concept design, technical construction drawing and detailing works taking schemes through all construction phases to handover.
White Space are looking for experienced Senior Architects, Architects and Technologists with proven experience of working on technical delivery RIBA stages 3+, good in-practice Revit skills and who have previously worked on some Data Centres, Logistics, Warehousing, or Industrial projects.
Please note that these positions are urgent, and we can only consider Senior Architects, Architects and Technologists who are either immediately available or who can start within the next few weeks.
This client offers hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (or vice versa), 37.5 Hours per week and flexible start & finish times.
