Our clients multidisciplinary approach integrates Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, and Masterplanning, ensuring a comprehensive and creative approach to every project. This studio are seeking a talented and motivated Retail Project Architect to join their dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality retail projects!
As a Retail Project Architect, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of retail projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors. You will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept through to construction, ensuring design quality, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements:
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail project delivery, ideally with retail fit-out experience.
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and other relevant regulations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A strong portfolio of completed retail projects
