​This architectural practice specialising in the design and delivery of medium to large scale industrial schemes 40,000 – 200,000 Sq. Ft., is urgently seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant, Senior Technologist or Package Architect to take the lead on logistics & warehousing projects working on RIBA stages 4-7 for an initial contract period of 6 months, with likely extensions or possible transition to permanent.

Employing around 50 people across several UK offices, this design practice offers a relaxed but busy Revit BIM environment where the successful Part II Architectural Assistant, Senior Technologist or Package Architect will be given full autonomy, to lead the technical design and delivery of logistics and warehousing projects whilst remaining ‘hands-on with Revit’, without being micromanaged, and with the support of the designated in-house project leads as required.   

White Space is urgently seeking experienced Part II Architectural Assistants, Senior Technologists and Package Architects with good ‘hands-on’ skills in Revit, the confidence to lead projects, and have proven experience of working on other industrial projects to understand the nuances involved.

Experienced Part II Architectural Assistants, Senior Technologists and Package Architects applying should also have the confidence and experience of engaging with contractors and sub-contractors onsite for the construction and handover stages.

Please note that this client is keen to interview experienced Part II Architectural Assistants, Senior Technologists and Package Architects as a matter of urgency and therefore notice periods of more than 2 weeks are unlikely to be accepted at this stage.

This client offers 37.5 hours per week, remote working from within the UK, and would expect attendance at one of their UK offices once per week, details to be discussed.
