​This AJ100 architectural practice based in EC1 who specialise in designing and delivering large scale developer-led mixed hospitality, residential, industrial, and commercial refurbishment/conversion schemes, is urgently seeking experienced Part II Architectural Assistants or Part 3 Architects to assist the senior design team in providing concept development and technical delivery stages on an initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract with genuine potential for moving to Permanent.

Employing around 15 people in London with ambitions to grow to 20 in the next 18 months, and with close links to teams based in the Midlands, this design practice offers a relaxed environment where experienced Part II Architectural Assistants or Part 3 Architects will be given a superb opportunity to work very closely with experienced Architects who will nurture and develop your skills, and help to plug knowledge / experience gaps whilst seeing projects through the complete design and build lifecycle.

The successful experienced Part II Architectural Assistants or Part 3 Architects could be tasked to assist on large hotel refurbishment projects, tower block developments, warehouse and commercial building conversions, residential mixed use, and master planning large housing developments.

White Space is urgently looking for experienced Part II Architectural Assistants or Part 3 Architects with experience of working on medium or large projects producing 2D and 3D designs using Sketchup and AutoCAD or Revit (ArchiCAD may also be considered).
