This AJ100 architectural practice known for creating intelligent and purposeful mid-large scale residential and build-to-rent projects is now seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant, Interior Architect, or Interior Designer to provide design and drawing support on a range of residential developments, on a contract / freelance basis (PAYE or LTD).
Employing around 70 people, this UK design practice offers a hybrid collaborative working environment with a personable, friendly, diverse, and supportive management team.
The successful Part II Architectural Assistant, Interior Architect or Interior Designer will be supporting the concept design development stages using AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign on apartment interiors, communal spaces, lobbies and amenities for residential apartment blocks and build-to-rent schemes.
Experienced Part II Architectural Assistants, Interior Architects or Interior Designers applying will be expected to have proven experience of working on interiors projects in general (although ideally medium to large schemes), and have good competency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign to qualify.
Please note this contract is expected to start in the first 2 weeks of April and therefore applicants applying need to be available to start a new contract around this time.
This client offers hybrid working from their office in SE1 and up to 40 Hours per week PAYE or LTD.
