We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice based in South-West London, to recruit a talented Architectural Technologist. Operating from modern design studios and with a team of around 70 dedicated professionals, the practice is renowned for fostering a friendly, sociable, and supportive team environment.

The practice offers a comprehensive range of services, including architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and visualisation, serving clients both in the UK and internationally. With a strong focus on residentially led mixed-use schemes, the practice also excels in sectors such as hospitality, commercial, and masterplanning.

The successful candidate will be a CIAT registered Architectural Technologist with no less than a year in practice, with experience on large-scale residential schemes being essential. They should be able to conduct their own workload, whilst also collaborating regularly within a team under instructions from senior managers.

In order to be considered for this role, the following factors must be demonstrated:

·        Knowledge of NBS Chorus – particularly used for large scale residential schemes

·        Working knowledge of Revit

·        Up to date knowledge of UK Building Regulations

·        Excellent written and verbal communication

·        Ability to manage personal workload and work at a high level within a team
