Job description
We are searching for an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant, Qualified Architect or Design Manager to fulfil a role at a sustainability focused South East London practice. The company is focused on producing zero carbon schemes through modern methods of construction with sustainable practices at the forefront of their operations. They work through a 5 day week with 4 days in the office.
This particular role will require experience across multiple RIBA stages, particularly for housing schemes. The role will include submitting planning documents as well as building control items, liaising with clients and contractors and you will need to use initiative to ensure a level of project management is conducted over your work as well as reporting above you. You will need to be able to deal with problems coming your way through out the work week and a constant level of organisation is paramount.
To be considered for the role, the following must be proven:
Software experience with SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite
A previous project delivered following full BIM 19650
Minimum 4 years of experience, with 1 project through all RIBA stages
MArch/ MSc/ Master’s Degree or higher in relevant study
Chartered status with a relevant body (CIAT/ CIOB/ RTPI/ RIBA/ IET)
