Architect - 5 Year's experience PQE! Ideally you will have retail experience and Revit / AutoCad proficiency! Are you passionate about shaping the future of retail spaces? Key Responsibilities:
Lead or play a significant role in retail architectural projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, innovative designs that exceed expectations.
Develop architectural solutions that align with sustainability goals, building regulations, and procurement standards.
Use your strong technical expertise to mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the team.
Present design concepts and solutions with clarity, confidence, and creativity.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in leading or contributing significantly to architectural projects, particularly within the retail sector (preferred but not essential).
High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD – essential tools for the role.
Strong design and technical skills, demonstrated in a robust portfolio of high-quality work.
In-depth knowledge of planning processes, building regulations, sustainability, and procurement.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and support your team.
A keen eye for design trends and an interest in retail-specific innovations and challenges.
