​Architect - 5 Year's experience PQE! Ideally you will have retail experience and Revit / AutoCad proficiency! Are you passionate about shaping the future of retail spaces? Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or play a significant role in retail architectural projects from concept to completion.

  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, innovative designs that exceed expectations.

  • Develop architectural solutions that align with sustainability goals, building regulations, and procurement standards.

  • Use your strong technical expertise to mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the team.

  • Present design concepts and solutions with clarity, confidence, and creativity.


Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading or contributing significantly to architectural projects, particularly within the retail sector (preferred but not essential).

  • High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD – essential tools for the role.

  • Strong design and technical skills, demonstrated in a robust portfolio of high-quality work.

  • In-depth knowledge of planning processes, building regulations, sustainability, and procurement.

  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and support your team.

  • A keen eye for design trends and an interest in retail-specific innovations and challenges.
