​Part II Assistant for High-End Residential oriented studio based in West London

White Space is excited to be working alongside this Chelsea based practice, specialising in high-end residential projects, to find a Part II Architectural Assistant. The practice is offering an excellent opportunity to work in collaboration with a tight knit design team on prime, super-prime and high-end residential projects based in the UK and overseas. Here, you can expect a social, hard-working, and specialised environment allowing for career progression and a healthy work life balance.

The practice works out of a Chelsea based studio under a hybrid working scheme, where the successful candidate will work across all RIBA stages to ensure the creative and practical design and delivery of these spectacular homes. There will be both creative collaborative tasks where teamwork and communication will be paramount and independent actions where consistent organisation is key.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Part II qualification in Architecture

• Proven knowledge of UK Building Regulations and traditional construction methods

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and InDesign

• Ability to work well within a team and also under independent circumstances

• Fantastic communication skills
